I like Feedster. It's a good tool to include in any search of the blogosphere.
Yesterday they launched a major upgrade and it sure looks prettier. Their podcast search is very nice and they are finally able to handle searches with query phrases in quotes without displaying a silly message that "Feedster is temporarily down for maintenance." Great support for subscribing to feeds all over the place.
Unfortunately, one of my favorite things about Feedster has been that they offer customer service and troubleshooting help via IM. That doesn't appear to be the case anymore. I don't see any mention of it on the site and my IM client says the customer support person hasn't been online in a week. No mention of eliminating this service that I can find on the company blog. Bummer. Oh well, maybe the service will work well enough now that I won't need any help with it.
