Ruh roh, Google is apparently unintentionally sticking it to Mac users even worse now: it's not working with iChat. From the Help Center: "There are currently connection issues with the iChat client. We are aware of the problem and are working on it. Please expect a fix in the next few days. Thanks for your patience during our beta period." At some point, either someone is going to have to actually move a service out of beta thereby making it a fair target of complaint, or we're going to have to own up to the fact that the term "beta" has become completely meaningless. Anywho, just by way of update — I stopped using Google Talk a while ago (and I don't miss it! Not even a little bit.). Are there folks out there who a) use it regularly, and b) use it to the exclusion of previous chat clients you once used?
Google Talk now also broken for iChat users

(Page 1)2. I don't, though I might use Google Talk once a voice version is available for old windows or I get a new computer (i have 98se at home)
I do, however, use the old XMPP network, on the jabber.org server. When will google get interserver working?

1. Never mind Beta, Google Talk is a v0.1 Alpha. And that's the big challenge. Can Google ship early and ship often? Because Skype can. And MS is rediscovering how to.
