In a reader's 'tip' to Weblogs, Inc., Ben Nolan writes, "The first of the Social Networking sites using FOAF.
Foaf-based communities will likely become the second or third major social networking 'network'."
According to Ben, "Zopto is building on the idea of foaf + rss + open APIs. It's a
web-based application for creating and managing foaf file, and the basic framework for all the identity and
collaborative tools that can build off RSS + Foaf… Zopto is currently in "alpha testing" and is only available to
selected users."
