Jason,

Our registrar fixed the DNS error, and we estimate based on a sampling of DNS servers that 80-90% of Internet users again can see our site. Obviously, the timing could not have been worth after articles in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. My advice to everyone: if you use GoDaddy, don't rely on their auto-renew feature for renewing your domain name registration and don't expect to receive any notification before your site is turned off. Since one of their SVPs was in LinkedIn (I contacted him through a friend who knows him), they were very helpful though in getting us back up and running as quickly as possible.
